1. Age & Legal Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to purchase cutlery, knives, axes, and collectible edged tools from Mart Blissful. By placing an order, you certify that:
- You are of legal age to purchase and possess edged tools under the laws of your country, state, or municipality.
- You will use the purchased item strictly for lawful, collectors, culinary, sporting, or outdoor purposes.
- You assume full legal responsibility for compliance with local import, possession, and customs regulations.
2. Handcrafted Artisan Nature
Every knife, axe, and blade sold by Mart Blissful is handcrafted by artisan bladesmiths in Wazirabad using genuine high-carbon, D2, or Damascus steel. Because of the handmade forging, folding, and heat-treating process, each blade exhibits unique grain patterns, minor dimensional variations, and natural handle wood/horn characteristics that make every piece one-of-a-kind.
3. Pricing & Orders
All prices are listed in local currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, unauthorized card usage, or stock discrepancies. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be promptly issued.
4. Shipping, Customs & International Delivery
We ship worldwide via reputable express couriers with tracking. While we ensure proper packaging and documentation, international buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs tariffs, and local regulations. Mart Blissful is not liable for packages confiscated or delayed by destination customs authorities due to local blade restrictions.
5. 30-Day Returns & Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship. Unused blades in their original packaging and sheath may be returned within 30 days of delivery according to our Shipping & Returns Policy. Custom-engraved or personalized forge requests are non-returnable unless defective.
