1. Place the knife sharpener on a stable surface when using it.

2. Tungsten steel for coarse sharpening, suited to dull knives.

Place the knife on the sharpening slot, using slight downward pressure, and run the blade from its heel to its point through the slot. Repeat 3-5 times. Sharpen the tools every six months or as required.

3. Diamond rod for medium sharpening: it’s a necessary step used to eliminate the burrs on the knife and polish it.

Please refer to point 2 regarding the use method. It is recommended to do it approximately once a week to keep your blade sharp at any time.

4. Ceramic rod for fine polishing.

5. Adjustable ceramic flake for scissors & serrated knife sharpening.

Let the serrate knife or scissor blade close to the ceramic, then just pull back 3-5 times.
